How much is delivery?

 
 


UK Mainland delivery is set at only £6 +VAT regardless of the number of items you order or where you live in the UK.

All deliveries are recorded.

 
     
 

Do you deliver to Ireland?

 
 


Yes, delivery to Eire is £6 +VAT. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

 
     
 

When will my goods arrive?

 
 


We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm that same day. Orders received after this may be processed on the following day.

Most orders are delivered the next working day, but please allow 1-3 days.

All Orders under 1kg will be sent by Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery, which takes 2-3 working days.
All Orders over 1kg will be sent by a parcel service, which normally takes 1-2 working days.

 
     
 

What if I haven't received my order or there's a problem with it?

Do you do Guaranteed Next Day Delivery?

 
 


Sorry, we do not offer this service at this time but if you place your order before 2pm, statistically you are very likely to receive your order the next day.

We will be looking into offering our customers the option of a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service in the near future, so please do check back again.

 
     
 

Can I order over the phone?

 
 
Sorry, no. To keep costs down, all ordering is through the website only. We cannot make an exception to this as we do not have the facility to take your payment securely. We are, however, looking into this for the future.

 
     
 

I've forgotten to order something. Can you add it to my order?

 
 



The ordering system is automatic, and if too much time has lapsed, it's unlikely that we will be able to intercept your order.

We would normally ask you to order your additional items in the usual way, and, if we can combine the two, we will refund you one of the postage costs.

 
     
 

I've ordered the wrong item, can I return it?

 
 


Yes. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, you may return it to us provided that the item is in a resalable condition. That means that the item must be unused, without damage and, the packaging must be intact, so don't open the packaging unless you are absolutely sure it is right for you. Any free items that came with the order must also be returned. You will be responsible for paying the return postage. The online returns form will need to be completed.

In any case, to avoid delays and the return not being accepted by us, we recomend that you contact us  through our Contact Us  form.
