Professional TCT Router Cutters
The Trend Professional range of router bits is designed for the most arduous applications of professional carpenters, builders, and joiners. Tungsten Carbide (TCT) router bits are manufactured using special D-Namic technology and feature specially developed micro-granular tungsten carbide tips from the world’s leading carbide manufacturer. These cutters produce a cleaner cut in hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, MDF, and chipboard.
Professional STC router bits can also be found amounts this rage, they are turned, milled and ground from a single, solid piece of tungsten carbide so they provide the greatest durability when being used under stress load conditions. These bits offer better plunge cutting characteristics than other bits and can be re-sharpened many more times than tungsten carbide tipped cutters. These STC cutters have similar applications to the TCT grade ones and can be used with many different materials. STC rasps can also be used on glass reinforced plastic (GRP).
