DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We at Wonkee Donkee Trend currently deliver to all UK postcodes. We do not delivery to any non-UK addresses.
The delivery charge for all UK Wonkee Donkee Trend orders is £6 + VAT.
Same Day Despatch
Deliveries are usually despatched on the same day provided the order is received before 2pm (Working days only). Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the following working day.
Although most stocked goods will be delivered next day, please allow up to 2 working days particularly for bulky items and in busy postal seasons.
Deliveries are working days Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. You will receive an email informing you of the delivery date of your order.
For Eire, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Isle of Wight, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Delivery charge remains the same.
If you require urgent, next day delivery, please call us on 01938 557733 and we will do all we can to help.
A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Goods will not be delivered without a signature.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH A VALID RETURNS NUMBER OBTAINED FROM OURSELVES TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED. RETURNS WILL USUALLY BE SENT DIRECTLY TO TREND. GOOD RECEIVED WITHOUT A AVID RETURNS NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
FOR ALL RETURNS WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRINTABLE RETURNS LABEL.
At Wonkee Donkee Trend, we realise that things can go wrong. Please check all packaging on receipt of delivery for obvious signs of damage.
We aim to accept all returns and will work with you to ensure as fas as possible, a hassle free transaction.
You are responsible for the cost or returning any goods, however, we will refund postage if the goods are faulty or we have supplied in error. Responsibility for the goods will remain with you until received.
All items being returned must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Damaged or used items will not be accepted unless faulty. Items not abiding with these terms will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you. You must advise of all returns within 14 days from delivery.
A copy of your completedform must be included in the returned package.
Ensure all returns are adequately and securely packed. Any damage to the product during transit through inappropriate packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We cannot be held responsible for any defect in goods that arise from fair wear and tear; wilful neglect or damage; usage in abnormal working conditions; unauthorised misuse, alteration, or repair; or failure to follow any installation or usage instructions.
You may cancel your order and return unwanted goods within 14 days from delivery. Please contact us regarding returns so we can confirm that the return will be accepted. Send details of intended returns to email@example.com.
You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the items. Responsibility for the goods will remain with you until the goods have been received.
Goods must be in an unused and saleable condition complete with original unopened packaging and all component parts including any promotional items received with the order. We reserve the right to refuse goods if we believe that they have been used, damaged, defaced or treated in a manner that renders them in a condition that can not be re-sold as new. Unused goods in opened packaging may be accepted for return but will be subjected to a 10% handling fee.
A copy of your completed returns form must be included with the returned goods. Clickto complete a return.
If the goods are found to be defective, or if a fault develops after receipt of goods, then you must contact us so we can obtain all the necessary information and advise on details for returning the goods. If we agree with you upon inspection of the faulty goods returned to us, we will at our discretion offer either a full refund or a replacement product. If the product is out of stock, or no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the item with a suitable, similarly priced alternative.
You must ensure that all component parts, including any promotional items received, are returned to us, along with a copy of your completed returns form. We will usually be able to arrange for free delivery for goods that are suspected of being faulty or damaged.
By working day, we mean Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
