Bearings are packed to prevent penetration of dust or grease and to extend life.
Scrape off any resin build-up only.
Bearings should not be cleaned using solvent or lubricated as this will melt away the grease, causing premature bearing failure.
Always check the tension of the fixing screw before using the cutter.
