A jig for routing Belfast /Butler sinks.
Made out of 12mm durable CNC machined phenolic.
Will also enable drip channel groove to be routed on the underneath of the worktop.
Has 25mm corner radius and maximum distance of 630mm or 1030mm when overlapping slots.
Designed for sinks 1050mm wide and 440mm to 515mm deep.
Twin pin location to enable precise and stable lining up of jig. Preset holes provided for 340mm, 360mm, 380mm, 400mm, 420mm, 440mm, 480mm and 500mm width; a packing piece will be required for sizes in between.
Jig needs:
A portable plunge router with shank capacity of 12.7mm (1/2 inch) and 1300 watts minimum.
A template guide bush with 30mm O.D. (outside diameter) for main recess together with 16mm outside diameter for water drip groove.
Two 100mm (4 inch) throat clamps.
A TCT router cutter measuring 12.7mm (1/2 inch) diameter and 50mm (2 inch) cut length for main recess as well as a radius cutter R2.5mm for the water drip groove.
