Professional oscillating multi-tool blades

Trend have now produced a comprehensive selection of blades for the majority of popular oscillating multi-tools , that can be used for a variety of materials and will produce different qualities of cuts, so they are suitable for a wide range of tasks. 

These blades are designed to cut materials including natural wood, plasterboard, plastic, metal, and fibreglass. Each blade features a universal design arbor and a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance. The range includes a selection of standard blades , as well as long life blades  that are Titanium Nitride coated (TiN) blades which are the highest quality and most durable blades. 

These blades are designed to be used with oscillating multi-tools from Black & Decker, Hitachi, Metabo, Milwaukee, Bosch, Worx Sonicrafter, Dremel Multi-max, Makita, Fein Multimaster, Porter Cable, Skill Multi-tasker, and Rockwell. (Some models will require an adaptor.)

Standard oscillating tool blades

9.5mm Oscillating blade detail wood HCS

oscillating blades  are designed for making precision detail cuts in wood and PVC. They are made of HCS with 16 tpi. These blades can be used for plunge cutting and have a cut length of 28mm and cut width of 9.5mm. 

30mm Oscillating blade precision wood HCS

These HCS blades  have a cut width of 30mm and a cut length of 41mm, with 14 tpi. They are designed for use with soft and hard woods and have a Japanese tooth form for making fine precision cuts. They are not designed for plunge cutting.

64mm wide oscillating blade precision wood HCS

These oscillating blades  have a 64mm cut width and a cut length of 41mm, but are not designed for plunge cutting. They are made of HCS and have 14 tpi with a Japanese tooth form, for making fine, precise cuts in hard and soft woods.

30mm Oscillating blade fast wood HCS

These blades  are for making fast and coarse cuts in wood, plasterboard, or PVC, and is suitable for plunge cutting. They are HCS blades with 18 tpi, a cutting length of 41mm and a cutting width of 30mm.

30mm Oscillating blade deep plunge wood HCS

These blades  are designed for fine but deep plunge cuts in wood and PVC. They are HCS blades and have 16 tpi. They feature a cut width of 30mm and a cut length of 66mm.

These fine cut precision blades  are made with bi-metal, so they can be used to cut wood, including wood with nails, PVC, plasterboard, and metal. They can be used for plunge cutting and have 18 tpi. They have a cutting width of 30mm and a cutting length of 41mm.

64mm wide Oscillating blade fast wood HCS

These HCS oscillating blades  are designed for making coarse but fast cuts in PVC, plasterboard, or wood. They should not be used for plunge cutting, but they do feature 18 tpi, a 64mm cutting width, and a 41mm cutting length.

Scraper oscillating blade rigid HCS

These blades  are rigid HCS scrapers, rather than cutting blades. They are designed for scraping and removing things paint, insulation foam, caulk, and adhesive residues, such as from tile or carpet adhesives.

Long life oscillating tool blades

These long life blades are all TiN coated so you can be sure they are all durable, high-quality blades.

These oscillating tool blades  are BIM and suitable for plunge cutting natural woods, PVC, plasterboard, and even metal, and wood that has nails embedded in it. They have a cutting width of 30mm, cutting length of 41mm, and 18 tpi.

30mm x 54mm Oscillating blade wood w/nails BIM TiN coated

These blades  are also BIM, and suitable for plunge cutting natural woods, PVC, plasterboard, metal, and wood with nails embedded in it. They also have a cutting width of 30mm, and 18 tpi, but they have an extended cutting length of 54mm.

44mm wide oscillating blade w/nails BIM TiN coated

These extended life blades  have a cutting width of 44mm and cutting length of 41mm, with 18 tpi. They are designed for plunge cutting PVC, plasterboard, metal, and wood, including wood containing nails. 

64mm wide oscillating blade wood w/nails BIM TiN coated

These tapered long life blades  have a cutting width of 64mm and a cutting length of 41mm. They feature 18 tpi and are not designed for plunge cutting applications. These versatile BIM blades can be used to cut wood, wood with nails, plasterboard, PVC, and metal.

80mm oscillating blade segmented HSS

These segmented blades  are made of HSS and designed for corner applications for soft and hard wood, fibreglass and sheet metal. They have a cutting width of 80mm and a cutting length of 25mm, with 18 tpi. Rounded oscillating blades are best for long, linear cuts, and are not suited to plungle cutting.

Long life oscillating blade kits

This range of blades is finished with two blade kit packs, one containing 3 different blades  and the other containing 6 blades , 2 of each blade type. All the blades in these packs are BIM, TiN coated, for long life, and have 18 tpi. All blades can be used with metal, wood, wood with nails, PVC, and plasterboard, and can be used for plunge cutting applications. The blades in these packs are 30mm x 54mm, 30mm x 41mm, and 44mm x 41mm.
